The Region 4 EMS Council is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation representing emergency medical services in 12 counties in north central Kansas. The Regional Council's mission is to assist with training, consulting, and technical assistance to EMS agencies and personnel, with the express purpose of ensuring the delivery of quality pre-hospital care throughout the Region.

Region 4 meetings are held on the second Tuesday in the months of Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct & Dec.
